3.4 彈性
3.4.1 孔用擋圈應進行彈性試驗,試驗後,将擋圈安裝到最大直徑d2 max的溝槽内,應在自重下保持不松動。
3.4.2 軸用擋圈應進行彈性試驗,試驗後,将擋圈安裝到最小直徑d2 min的溝槽内,應在自重下保持不松動。
3.4.3 開口擋圈應進行彈性試驗,試驗後,擋圈内徑(d)應不大于溝槽直徑(d2)的基本尺寸。
3.4 開口擋圈韌性
開口擋圈應進行韌性試驗。試驗後,擋圈不應斷裂。
4. 表面處理
擋圈表面處理由制造者确定,并應符合以下規定。

當采用上述以外的表面處理時,塗鍍後擋圈厚度可能超過标準上限要求,因此,當計算溝槽尺寸時,應考慮這些因素。
5. 試驗方法
5.1 孔用、軸用擋圈折彎試驗
将擋圈的一半夾在兩個鉗口中,鉗口的圓角半徑應與擋圈厚度相同(r=s,見圖)。然後反複輕捶打或者使用杠杆将擋圈彎曲至30°。
5.2 孔用、軸用擋圈變形試驗
将擋圈放在兩個平行闆之間,并按下圖加載達到F力時,測量h尺寸,計算(h-s)值。
5.3 孔用、軸用擋圈縫規試驗
将擋圈放入縫規,見圖。
說明:
c——縫規間隙;
s——擋圈厚度。
5.4 彈性試驗
5.4.1 孔用擋圈
應使用符合JB/T 3411.48規定的安裝鉗将擋圈壓縮到0.99×d1三次,或将擋圈穿過一個直徑為0.99×d1的錐套(見下圖)三次後,再安裝到最大直徑d2 max的溝槽内。
5.4.2 軸用擋圈
應使用符合JB/T 3411.47規定的安裝鉗将擋圈擴張到1.01×d1三次,或将擋圈穿過一個直徑為1.01×d1 的錐棒(見下圖)三次後,再安裝到最小直徑的d2 min的溝槽内。
5.4.3 開口擋圈
将開口擋圈裝入試驗軸上,然後拆下測量内徑(d)尺寸。試驗軸的直徑應等于溝槽直徑(d2)的基本尺寸。
5.5 開口擋圈韌性試驗
将開口擋圈裝在試驗軸上,保持48h,目測檢查。試驗軸的直徑應等于溝槽基本尺寸(d2)的1.1倍。
5.6 表面處理試驗
磷化防腐性能應按GB/T 10125規定的中性鹽霧試驗進行試驗。
6 表面缺陷
6.1 擋圈表面不允許有裂紋。
6.2 擋圈不允許有影響使用的毛刺。
7 驗收檢查
擋圈尺寸、性能特性及合格質量水平(AQL)按下表規定,其餘驗收檢查按GB/T90.l規定。
