5. 1 一般要求
5. 1. 1 有粘附層的螺栓擰人螺母或螺孔時,螺母和螺孔應倒角。
5. 1. 2 有粘附層的螺栓擰緊過程應不超過 5 min。
5 . 1. 3 推薦固化溫度不小于10 ℃。
注:當固化溫度小于 10 ℃ 時,将延長固化時間,當固化溫度小于 0 ℃ 時,将導緻不能簡化。
5. 1.4 有粘附層的螺栓不應重複使用。當采用新的有粘附層螺栓時,應采用新的螺母;或先使用絲錐将原有螺孔或焊接螺母的殘餘粘附層清除後,再采用新的有粘附層螺栓。
5. 1. 5 有粘附層螺栓應防潮,在正常保管的情況下,應保證至少 4 年内性能要求不發生變化。如果有粘附層螺栓性能要求未發生變化,則粘附層的顏色變化應不影響有粘附層蝶栓的性能要求。
5.2 預塗部位及長度
5. 2. 1 基本要求。
5.2.1.1 應确保螺栓和試驗螺母擰緊後的旋合部位位于粘附層長度範圍内。
5.2.1.2 粘附層的殘餘物不應影響螺栓的旋入。
5.2.2 标準預塗。
螺栓标準預塗部位及粘附層長度按下圖中的規定.尺寸 α 範圍内不應有粘附層。
5.2.3 特殊預塗。
對于螺絞旋合長度大于 1d 、機械性能等級低于 8. 8 或頭部承載能力低的螺栓,應根據機械性能等級或試驗确定預塗部位及粘附層長度。
螺栓特殊預塗部位及粘附層長度按下圖的規定。尺寸 α 範圍内不應有粘附層。
5.3 鎖固要求
5.3.1 技術要求.
粘附層在不同環境條件下的扭矩要求、扭矩試驗方法及相應的應用場合按 表1 的規定。

注: 如果在螺栓的鋅片塗層、封閉劑、滲有潤滑材料的塗料或另塗潤滑油的表面上施加粘附層時,會影響粘附層的附着強度。
a. 性能試險由粘附層制造商實施,作為粘附層的型式試驗。
b. 其他介質和存放溫度由供需雙方協商确定。
c. 作為系統要求,僅适用于量產件首檢。應注意螺紋摩擦因數試驗對螺紋長度的限制。
d. 系統試驗由粘附層施加方實施,作為批量生產過程的試驗。在争議情況下應采用 6.3 。
e. 粘附層在高溫下無法滿足表 2 或表 3 的規定。
f. 若在潤滑表面上增加粘附層,粘附層的試驗按圖 3 規定。
5.3.2 扭矩值。
5.3.2.1 室溫( 23 ℃ 士5 ℃,相對濕度不大于65% )、高溫(100 ℃和150 ℃)條件下,預緊螺栓連接的扭矩值按 表 2 的規定。

2. 當螺紋無法避免沾有油、油脂這類潤滑材料時,松動扭矩 TLB應小于本表規定值。
3. 不鏽鋼螺栓的扭矩值按本表 5.6 或 5.8 級的規定。
a. 根據總摩擦因數 μ=0.12 和 90% ReL(5.6級)的最小值或 90% RPf 的最小值(5.8級)或 90% RP0.2 的最小值 (8.8級、10.9級和12.9級)
确定(見 GB/T 3098.1)。
b. 用于保護被拆卸的緊固件。
5.3.2.2 室溫( 23 ℃ 士5 ℃,相對濕度不大于 65% )、高溫( 100 ℃ 和 150 ℃)條件下,不預緊螺栓連接的扭矩值按 表 3 的規定。

5.4 密封要求
有粘附層的螺栓與螺孔或螺母旋合後應能承受 0.1 MPa 壓力下保持 2 min 不洩漏。
