由有關電鍍标準推薦的公稱鍍層厚度,以及相應的局部厚度和批平均厚度,見表1。
為降低因鍍層厚度造成的螺紋裝配中產生幹涉的風險,鍍層厚度不能超過1/4螺紋基本偏差,見表2規定的數值。
注:可容納的鍍層厚度指導值,在資料性附錄C中給出。

a. 局部厚度不應小于訂單中規定的最小厚度,并按鍍層标準規定的方法之一進行測量。螺栓、螺釘和螺母厚度測量應在下圖所示的度驗表面進行。 b. 批平均厚度測量應按規定(見GB5267.1-2002規範性附錄D)方法進行。當測量值超過平均厚度最大值時,如果鍍後螺紋能用适當的通規(H或h)驗收通過,則不應拒收。 注:① 除非另有規定,局部鍍層厚度應進行測量。(大部分螺釘和螺栓是批量滾筒電鍍,其結果是最大鍍層厚度總是在零件末端。這一結果造成長度或螺栓、螺釘的直徑增加,按照螺距尺寸規定減小鍍層厚度是可以接受的)。 ② 鍍層厚度的抽樣檢查按 GB/T 90.1 規定。 如果螺紋零件公稱長度L>5d,在測量批平均厚度時,就使用小于表1規定的公稱鍍層厚度,見表2。 |
