| ①,末端類型。未指定時，方頭緊定螺釘末端應采用凹端。凹端内部或外部可以根據廠家意願滾花。錐形末端、長圓柱端、半圓柱端、平端以及倒圓端的參數詳見表 2.5.1-1。 ②,末端的角度僅适用于螺紋根部以下的部分，因為螺紋輪廓内的角度可能會因為制造工藝的不同而產生變化。 ③,長圓柱端。當有效螺紋長度小于螺紋公稱直徑時，則不應采用長圓柱端。這種情況下應采用半半圓柱端。 ④,螺紋系列和等級。方頭緊定螺釘應采用ASME B1.1規定的統一螺紋，英寸制，細牙或8-thread系列，2A級。對于有塗鍍層的螺紋，其尺寸在塗鍍前應滿足2A級精度，塗鍍後的螺紋需通過基本的3A級通規和2A級螺紋規進行最小材料或止規的檢驗。 ⑤,若無指定，螺釘螺紋尺寸應按ASME B1.3中的21體系要求進行驗收。 |
